Our katanas are crafted with the utmost care and precision. The estimated time for delivery is 30-60 days from the date of your pre-order.

The provided time frame is an estimation and not fixed. We aim to deliver your product within this window, but due to various factors such as high demand, crafting time, and shipping constraints, delays may occur.

As this is a pre-order item, your card will be charged at the time of placing the order.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Cancellation Policy:

Pre-orders can be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will be subject to a 60% Fee.

. Only can be refunded at specific conditions if the team found that it can be returned and required an Unboxing video from the time where the package was not opened .

. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Procedure to Apply for 50 DAYS Return/Replacement:

. First and most important make sure your order/product is eligible for return/replacement by going through the point above.

. Email us at Help@otakuindiastore.xyz with your “(Order number)_returns” in the subject field within 7 days of receiving the product.

. Describe in as small detail as possible the reason for the return.

​

. Also, mention whether you want to return the item or exchange.

. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s)back to us anytime within 50 DAYS (Yes, All Mighty knows how lazy you are).

. You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

​

. Also, make sure to write your order number on the package somewhere.

. You will receive all the details regarding return including the address to ship the item to via mail.

Duration of return/refund process:

. In case of replacement, we will ship the replacement in 1-3 days of us receiving the product back.

. In case of refund, we will initiate the refund in 1-3 days of us receiving the product back.

. Please note: After the refund is initiated from our side the time period in which the amount reflects back in your account may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 3 to 12 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
